Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy We strive to provide each of our patients with the highest quality of care and service. To ensure that all of our patients receive the attention they need, we have implemented the following cancellation policy for our online booking system: 24-Hour Notice Required: We kindly request that all cancellations or rescheduling of appointments be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another patient in need of care. How to Cancel: Cancellations can be made through our online booking system, by calling our office at 03-3544-7711, or by emailing us at hitomi.dds1126@gmail.com . Late Cancellations: If you cancel an appointment less than 24 hours before your scheduled time, it will be considered a late cancellation. No-Shows: If you fail to attend your appointment without providing any notice, it will be considered a no-show. Cancellation Fees: Late Cancellations: A fee of ￥3,000 will be charged for late cancellations. No-Shows: A fee of ￥10,000 will be charged for no-shows. Emergencies: We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if you are unable to make your appointment due to an emergency. We may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion. Repeated Cancellations: Patients who repeatedly cancel appointments with less than 24-hour notice or frequently no-show may be required to prepay for future appointments or may face restrictions on booking future appointments. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Our goal is to provide the best possible care for all of our patients, and your adherence to this policy helps us achieve that.
